
Armen Kteyan
Armen Kteyan received the M.S. degree in semiconductor physics and technology from the Yerevan State University, Yerevan, Armenia, in 1994 and the Ph.D. degree in solid state physics from the Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics, Armenian National Academy of Sciences, in 1998. He is currently a Lead Engineer with Siemens EDA, Yerevan, as a part of Mentor Graphics acquisition, where he is involved in the development of physics-based models for design-for-manufacturability and design-for-reliability applications.

Heghine Melkonyan
Heghine Melkonyan is a Principal Software Engineer at Siemens EDA, working on thermal analysis for 3DIC - developing solutions for thermal challenges in advanced semiconductor packaging. She received her MS degree in Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Informatics in 2015 and BS degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics in 2013 from Yerevan State University of Armenia.

Arman Davtyan
Arman Davtyan serves as the Lead Product Engineer at Siemens EDA, overseeing Calibre 3DSTACK's development. Before joining Siemens, he was part of the methodology department at Synopsys, co-authoring a patent during his tenure. Arman holds a BS in Cybernetics and VLSI, as well as an MBA, both from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Ruben Ghulghazaryan
Dr. Ruben Ghulghazaryan is a Research Engineer Principal in Siemens Industry Software. He received a M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics and Biophysics from Yerevan State University, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Yerevan Physics Institute. He has extensive experience in both theoretical and applied physics research, with numerous industry and academic publications.

Vahagn Poghosyan
Dr. Poghosyan received his PhD in Computer Science in 2003 from Yerevan State University, specializing in Electronic Design Automation. He started his career in EDA in 1999 at Arset Logic, Armenian subsidiary of Aristo Technologies – the Silicon Valley EDA startup specialized on Floorplanning. Later Aristo was acquired by Monterey to combine their solutions into complete EDA back-end tool-chain, and later by Synopsys, the leading EDA company which inherited also the Yerevan team with this acquisition.

Yuri Panchul
Yuri Panchul is a Senior Staff Engineer, GPU RTL at Samsung Advanced Computing Lab, a division of Samsung in Silicon Valley. He develop hardware that handles the graphics in Galaxy smartphones (a block of Xclipse GPU inside Exynos SoC). Before Samsung he was developing CPU cores at MIPS Technologies and a network chip for a core router at Juniper Networks. Earlier in his career, he was the founder of C Level Design, a startup that was funded by Intel Capital and acquired by Synopsys. He is an author of educational materials on FPGA and ASIC design.

Yeranuhi Margaryan
Yeranuhi Margaryan has more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry. Starting her career as a software engineer, she has been involved in various areas of engineering, including electronic design automation, close-to-hardware programming, etc. Yeranuhi Margaryan has extensive experience in a wide range of software development technologies. She continued her career in technical management and is currently the CEO of Instigate Design, one of the leading Armenian IT companies. She joined AUA in 2014 as an Adjunct Lecturer and loves sharing her experience with motivated students.

Armine Shaboyan
As a skilled engineer with expertise in FPGA, embedded systems, and C++, I have successfully developed and integrated custom tool-chains, including for the Proximus tool, as well as participated in development of operating systems, such as Bagrevand OS. My skills in Unix, single board computers, GNU Make, and GCC have allowed me to introduce creative solutions for a variety of challenges. I have also worked on research projects that focus on including educational technology and robotics in the classroom, and have created user guides and educational videos for a series of educational tools.

Sergey Chusov
Sergey Chusov hold a FPGA/ASIC senior verification engineer at National Research University of Electronic Technology, Russia. He has a verification experience with DSP SoCs, Networks on Chip, RISC-V cores (inlcuding application level), AMBA crossbars/interconnects, NPUs.

Bagrat Yengibaryan
Bagrat Yengibaryan is a highly experienced leader with over 25 years of executive management experience in private sector development, business incubation, acceleration, startup, and investment attraction. He has substantial background in developing industries and coordinating business development and sector development activities, as well as a solid practice of working with multiple stakeholders, including governments, businesses, associations, international organizations, and multinationals. He possesses the ability to successfully design and implement multi-task and multi-stakeholder initiatives, such as Enterprise Incubator Foundation, Engineering City, Microsoft Innovation Centre, Centre for Innovative solutions and Technologies, Gyumri Technology Centre, Vanadzor Technology Centre, Armenian Indian Centre for ICT, Cybersecurity Accelerator, Science Incubator, First Venture fund in Armenia, Supercomputing Centre, etc.

Lilia Kirakosyan
Lilia Kirakosyan is a researcher at the UAV Laboratory of the Center of Advanced Software Technologies. She holds an M.Sc. in Autonomous Systems and Robotics from the Russian-Armenian University (RAU) and teaches Introduction to EDA and Robotics at RAU. Her current work focuses on SDR systems for UAV and communication applications.

Alexander Kamkin
Dr. Kamkin specialties in system programming, hardware and software verification, tool development, applied mathematics.

Ruben Buchatskiy
Ruben Buchatskiy is a researcher at Ivannikov Institute for System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences specializing in system programming.
